The first Mood Shell release: a small Rust toolkit for making your shell feel like yours.

  • Five built-in moods: dusk, aurora, ember, ocean, and paper.
  • Live terminal picker with compact and two-line prompt layouts.
  • Custom hex colors, portable TOML configuration, and immediate updates on the next prompt.
  • Zsh, Bash, and PowerShell 7 integrations, with failed-command status.
  • Native builds for Apple Silicon and Intel macOS, x64 Linux, and x64 Windows.

Download your platform archive, extract it, and put moodsh (or moodsh.exe) on your PATH. See the README for the one-line shell integration. SHA-256 checksum files accompany every archive.

This is an early prompt-and-theme toolkit. It does not replace your shell, manage plugins, or change your terminal background. No account, daemon, or telemetry.
