Chitter is a text altering dialogue system that focuses on using modification tags to alter how the text looks when drawn.

Even though this is a dialogue system, there are no background boxes or choice boxes implemented. ^{Might change.}

When the text has been altered and added it will be sent to a queue system to be stored, retrieved-, drawn-,

and removed at a later time.

Chitter does not use the . accessor in the "traditional" way.

First you call chitter() and then add the . accessor.

And by taking advantage of the autocomplete feature, you can begin typing ch or chi and then you

can press enter and then type . and you will get suggestions for which method you wish to access.
