New commands

• setup — generate a Zed / JetBrains agent config with the absolute
  binary path filled in. --write inserts only the new agent_servers entry
  via jsonc-parser, preserving the file's existing indentation and comments
  (no whole-file reflow). Defaults to Claude Code; wraps any agent via
  setup --editor <ed> -- <command>.
• agents — list the built-in agent shortcuts straight from the registry
  (--json for machines).

MCP — now 13 read-only tools

• generate_editor_config — the MCP twin of setup: returns the config
  block to apply (read-only; the connecting agent writes it).
• list_agent_shortcuts — the MCP twin of agents.

Agents

• JetBrains Junie verified — full WebStorm 2026.1.2 turn captured; added as
  the junie registry shortcut (junie --acp=true).

• Config recipes and the README Quickstart lead with setup; the
  supported-agents section now spells out how to run any agent — verified or
  not — via setup --editor <ed> -- <launch command>.
