Open Data for São Paulo

MaluOliveira edited this page Nov 16, 2017 · 3 revisions

We gather most of São Paulo open data in a City Hall open government web page named Geo Sampa. We found there information about Transports, population (age, density, etnia), open spaces, parks, gardens and road afforestation.

For zoning, we use open data from other web site, named Dados Abertos. In both web sites we can download shape files.

The choice of this data is connected with the Village Vanguard data in general and we displayed: Population: age, density, race. Public transportation: subway and urban trains lines, subway and urban trains entrance, buses routes, buses stops, Bike lanes Zoning : display the different land uses of the the city. We split the zoning in xx (??) different zones: Residential Manufacturing Parks Commercial

The climate forecasts for São Paulo came from Centro Nacional de Ciências do Sistema Terra (CCST) do Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE).
