Fixed

  • Claude's retained daily totals are read as the UTC days they are. They were
    taken for local days, so east of UTC the first transcript's UTC day could be
    backfilled although a transcript already covered part of it, and west of
    UTC a day could be lost. The cutoff is now the first transcript's UTC day,
    each total is placed at UTC noon, and archived totals move once.
