Fixed

• Two builds running side by side no longer rewrite Claude's retained daily
  totals back and forth. Each build re-derived them whenever the archive held
  another build's signature, so a 0.12.0 dashboard next to 0.12.6 flipped them
  between 756 M and 775 M on every scan. The signature records the rule
  version; totals derived by a newer rule are now left alone, and those of an
  older rule are derived again once. Builds before 0.12.7 still rewrite
  foreign totals: restart running dashboards when upgrading.
