  • The final review names cost consistently as a standard-rate estimate rather
    than an API-equivalent cost: OpenAI defaults come from the published
    ChatGPT Work/Codex rate card. The estimate remains explicitly separate from
    an invoice and excludes surcharges the local token records cannot identify.
