Ages

Ages are the heart of the Genesis mod. Ages are a new type of Advancement that locks either an item, block, or dimension until the player completes the age.

Armor Category

Age	Requirements	Unlocks
Leather	Initial Armor Age. Unlocked upon joining the world.	N/A
Copper	Obtain 25 levels of XP.	Copper Armor
Iron	Complete a Trial Spawner while wearing at least one copper armor piece.	Iron Armor
Diamond	Complete a Ominous Trial Spawner while wearing at least one iron armor piece.	Diamond Armor

Tools Category

Wood	Initial Tool Age. Unlocked upon joining the world.	N/A
Stone	Break a wood tool item (sword, shovel, pickaxe, axe, or hoe).	Stone Tools
Copper	Break a stone tool item (sword, shovel, pickaxe, axe, or hoe).	Copper Tools
Iron	Break a copper tool item (sword, shovel, pickaxe, axe, or hoe).	Iron Tools
Diamond	Break an iron tool item (sword, shovel, pickaxe, axe, or hoe).	Diamond Tools

Proficiency Category

Age	Requirements	Unlocks
Adventure	Initial Proficiency Age. Unlocked upon joining the world.	N/A
Combat	Kill 25 hostile mobs.	Increased sword and axe damage.
Smelting	Obtain 20 levels of XP.	Furnace, Blast Furnace, and Smoker
Arcane	Enchant an item inside of an Enchanting Table.	The Nether Dimension
