Setup screens rewritten in plain language after the first team install.
What changed
- Shortcut screen now asks "How should your shortcut work?" and explains Tap and Hold in one line each.
- Setup choice asks "Where should Neato Echo do its thinking?", marks On this PC as Recommended, and moves the API-key and self-hosted paths behind an Advanced link.
- Before the download, the dialog says what is being downloaded and why: one speech model and one summary model, then it works offline.
- Model screens are labeled Speech and Summaries, every model shows a short description, and the recommended one is marked at both stages: Parakeet TDT 0.6B for speech and Qwen3.5 4B for summaries.
Known limitation
Google and Microsoft calendar connections do not work yet in this build. They need Neato Echo's own OAuth app identities, which are being registered; a follow-up build will enable them.
