Parley v0.1.12

This beta fixes Ghostty resource packaging so Parley can start after being
installed on a different Apple Silicon Mac.

Fixed

Parley no longer relies on an absolute SwiftPM build-machine path when
Ghostty initializes.
Ghostty's library data, terminfo, themes and shell integration are packaged
in Parley.app/Contents/Resources and resolved from that signed location.
Release builds apply a narrow, temporary resource-resolution overlay to the
official libghostty-spm checkout, compile it, and restore the checkout.
Parley therefore remains pinned to the official wrapper without maintaining
a fork.
Packaging fails closed if the expected upstream wrapper source changes.
The package contract verifies the complete Ghostty resource bundle before
signing or creating release archives.

Quit Parley before replacing the existing application. Quitting ends its
live pane processes and app-resident coordination core.
Workspace definitions and local collaboration history remain compatible.
Agent protocol v9 is unchanged, so existing v9 panes do not require a
protocol restart.

Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 14 or later.
At least one supported, installed and signed-in vendor CLI.
Download Parley-0.1.12-mac-arm64.dmg, quit Parley, replace Parley.app in
Applications, and reopen it normally from Finder.
This beta is ad-hoc signed and is not notarized. Use System Settings >
Privacy & Security > Open Anyway only when the files came from this expected
release. Never disable Gatekeeper globally.

Use Parley-0.1.12-mac-arm64.SHA256SUMS to verify every downloaded artifact.
