Parley v0.1.13

This beta fixes coordination-core startup when an upgrade encounters a stale
or partially written filesystem relay endpoint from an older run.

Fixed

Parley no longer fails with a missing inbox error when its private relay
transport contains an endpoint whose pane credential has already been
revoked.
Relay startup removes only owner-controlled, capability-named endpoints that
are absent from the current credential store before cleaning live endpoints.
Current pane credentials, retained Ghostty surfaces and terminal processes
remain unchanged during the cleanup.
A native regression check reproduces the exact missing-file failure and
verifies that coordination starts normally after cleanup.

Quit Parley before replacing the existing application. Quitting ends its
live pane processes and app-resident coordination core.
Workspace definitions and local collaboration history remain compatible.
Agent protocol v9 is unchanged, so existing v9 panes do not require a
protocol restart.

Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 14 or later.
At least one supported, installed and signed-in vendor CLI.
Download Parley-0.1.13-mac-arm64.dmg, quit Parley, replace Parley.app in
Applications, and reopen it normally from Finder.
This beta is ad-hoc signed and is not notarized. Use System Settings >
Privacy & Security > Open Anyway only when the files came from this expected
release. Never disable Gatekeeper globally.

Use Parley-0.1.13-mac-arm64.SHA256SUMS to verify every downloaded artifact.
