Release v0.4.2

This is a feature release:

• add feature in settings menu to disable unit scaling for CONT mode

Thanks to the community and @zach-connolly 's live stream where this was suggested.

Also a reminder that locking the meter in remote mode can and could already be disabled via the settings.
The app will also sync back mode changes you do via the meter buttons.

Another reminder: No, Diode Threshold CANNOT be set via the app and no other app will be able to do this,
because the meter firmware does not provide a SCPI command for that. You can change it on the meter manually
and set it in the app as well for the color change of the measurement box, but syncing it between app and meter is technically
impossible right now.
