Fixed

  • On Plasma, starting Oversteer opened System Settings on the Shortcuts page every time. Plasma's portal does that whenever an app declares its shortcuts, so on Plasma a start now only reads the keys already assigned (they keep working), and declaring waits for Set keyboard keys… (first use, or when a new version adds actions).
  • GNOME and other desktops keep global shortcuts per session, so they still declare at start, silently once they know every action.
  • A retry after a dismissed or failed shortcut request now opens a fresh portal session instead of failing the same way again.
