Sources — public frameworks only

Questions are generated only from the public-domain primary sources the AIGP is built on: the EU AI Act, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and its Generative AI Profile, NIST ARIA, the OECD AI Principles, Singapore's AI-governance frameworks, and the South Korean AI Basic Law.

The copyright firewall

Chiron is a commercial product, so its questions must come from public-domain sources only. Copyrighted material — including the IAPP Body of Knowledge itself — is studied by the author but is never fed to the generator for a sellable question. This is enforced at generation and again when questions are published, not merely intended.

How questions are made

The same curated loop as Patent Agent: draft from a cited source, a human reviews it against that source, approved questions enter the bank. Each AIGP question carries its Body-of-Knowledge grounding, and most show the exact source passage the answer rests on, so the answer can be verified rather than trusted.
