CoreCE 0.3.0 for Apple Silicon, network protocol 32

The network protocol stays 32. Classic games can still include a mac 36 player.

The app is named CoreCE. The first launch copies saves from ~/Library/Application Support/OpenCE/ and leaves that folder in place.

A hardcore lobby has a Settings row. It holds split screen, your view, and the map timer voice. Timer voice stays on unless you turn it off. Those choices stay on this machine.

Shared map hashes use the CoreCE label, so they do not match hashes from a mac 36 build.
