Newbie Mode

The newbie mode, it's a mode only for Windows users, that allow to install PocketMine server and setting up the software management so easy. So, if you are newbie on PocketMine world, you should use this mode!
Steps:
- Enter this mode from "Main menu -> Download/Install PocketMine-MP"
- Write "y" for confirm to use this mode, then follow the steps on software and you have install your first server!
