Public Canon v46 activates the quantitative split-prime separation arc: SPLIT-PRIME-RAPIDITY-QUANTITATIVE-SEPARATION [T] and SPLIT-RAPIDITY-FEJER-GRAM-BOUND [T]. Registry: 241 claims.

Release authority: issues #350 and #352 and the completed two-architecture public probe P-SPLIT-RAPIDITY-QUANTITATIVE-SEPARATION-1, merged in PR #351. Probe bundle SHA-256: ea59451558e513f16ee471b3bf9ccddfa0bc6e1cabbed70d27809cedfeb25ecb.
