TWIST-J Public Canon v49
Public Canon v49 registers QDD-INSTRUMENT-NONSELECTION [T] at L4, folding S1a-S6 from the theorem-grade probe. It establishes an infinite rational family of physically distinct post-state instruments with identical effects and outcome weights, together with surjectivity of the rational orthogonal dilation, and therefore a no-go result for the claim that existence of a dilation selects an instrument.
QDD-INSTRUMENT-APPARATUS remains [O]. Its only remaining blockers are O2, an independent physical selection of the instrument, and O1, a realized event / sampling rule. SAMPLING NOT PROVIDED; no impossibility of sampling is claimed. No L5 stream, L6 measure, decoder completion, state independence, or new physical premise is added. Registry: 246 claims.
