TWIST-J Public Canon v51
Public Canon v51 registers fourteen rows from five completed public probe families: eleven theorems, one finite computation and two exact falsifications. All five evidence bundles passed the required x86_64 and aarch64 jobs byte-identically.
The fold separates the C4/2I QPAIR closure, its set redundancy and its relative minimality in the frozen typed linear class; registers the matched-sector tensor law, the factor-gauge non-descent of the cross sectors and the exact 10 = 9 + 1 symmetric-square decomposition; proves the field-wide zero/nonzero multiplicative cut; registers the exact U-induced QDD channel and its frozen finite nonselection result; and proves third-moment underdetermination of the tensor vector state together with the fixed-modulus Wick obstruction.
The fold adds exactly 29 explicit dependency edges and no blanket architecture edges. TT-VECTOR-STATE-NORMALIZATION and QDD-INSTRUMENT-APPARATUS remain O/STOP. No QDD decoder completion, apparatus selection, sampling law, L6 measure, Bell-causality row, physical lift, or status move of a pre-existing claim is introduced.
