Public Canon v53

Public Canon v53 folds the completed exact relational-geometry work and activates the corresponding ledger dispositions.

What changed

• Five exact QPAIR and rational-piston comparison claims enter as T.
• PURE-QUBIT-RELATIONAL-AREA [T] identifies the antisymmetric relational-area norm with |det A| and half the standard pure-state concurrence, after an external normalized pure-two-qubit standard-QM structure is supplied.
• PURE-QUBIT-LOCAL-RELATION-PYTHAGORAS [T] records |b|^2 + C^2 = 1 and the equivalent local-purity relation on that pure scope.
• PURE-QUBIT-RELATIONAL-CHSH [T] records the directly proved optimized comparison B_max = 2 sqrt(1+C^2) = 2 sqrt(1+4||r||^2).
• PURE-QUBIT-RELATIONAL-READING [D] is only a tightly scoped comparison dictionary.
• BELL-CAUSAL-ACCOUNTING [O] remains an explicit STOP obligation. This release does not derive physical qubits, an apparatus, realized events, a sampling measure, Bell causality, nonlocal influence, or superluminal signalling.

The first pure-qubit attack remains publicly preserved as a failed probe because its unhalved wedge convention exposed a factor-of-two falsifier. Public Canon v53 relies only on the separately preregistered and independently replayed corrected successor.
