Public Canon v54 folds the exact deterministic quadratic relational census reconstruction and activates only its closed L1 arithmetic dispositions.

What changed

  • DQRC-INTEGER-CENSUS-ARITHMETIC [T] registers the exact integral comparator census: determinant bound, total comparators, binary increments, closed four-cell counts, inserted balanced margins, signed correlators, integer scaling, and parity.
  • DQRC-HORODECKI-REENCODING [T] identifies the asymptotic formula and Schmidt-gauge correlators with the already registered standard-QM pure-two-qubit optimum after that external structure is supplied.
  • DQRC-H-COEFFICIENT-NONSELECTION [T] proves that the frozen invariant ansatz admits every H_beta=Q^2+beta Delta; its own symmetries and census identities do not select beta=4. Matching the known target does.
  • DQRC-ORIGIN-NONSELECTION [T] proves that the one-sided finite deficit is not origin invariant. The same exact census and asymptotic limit permit a deficit or excess.
  • DQRC-MAXIMAL-SECTOR-FIELD-BOUNDARY [T] fixes the cyclotomic/compositum boundary while preserving the possibility of a purely integer substitution with limiting frequency 1/sqrt(2).

Scientific boundary

The release adds one L1 definition and five L1 theorem rows, but no physical DQRC row. Its finite outputs are integer counts and derived rational signed-count ratios; probability is not introduced as an ontic dynamical ingredient.

The balanced margins arise solely from the inserted t involution, and the CHSH parity solely from the inserted sigma_xy table. Neither is promoted to an emergent no-signalling, locality, apparatus, event, or causal theorem.

BELL-CAUSAL-ACCOUNTING [O], QDD-INSTRUMENT-APPARATUS [O], and QUADRATIC-DECODER-DATA [O] remain unchanged and STOP. The release does not derive a source, physical settings or outcomes, a realized trial stream, a sampling law, Bell factorization/nonfactorization, controllable no-signalling, or a full causal mechanism. P-DQRC-FINITE-DEFICIT-1 remains unauthorized until an intrinsic address-to-time, origin, and apparatus bridge is supplied.
