send_dummy_events_to_fill_extremities raises errors if homeserver is blocked #6670
Description
Description
In the event that the homeserver is disabled (ie via hs_disabled), send_dummy_events_to_fill_extremities will start turning out errors which fall into for example Sentry.
Error raised is:
ResourceLimitError
403: Your host access has been blocked. Please contact support@modular.im
(message corresponds to the hs_disabled_message)
Please ask for Sentry url if needed.
