[fixed]

  • Safe reload no longer leaves Bukkit/Paper commands bound to the disabled plugin instance (/we → "plugin is disabled" after reload)
  • Bootstrap unregisters PluginCommands on unload and syncs the server command map after reload
  • deployPluginJar prunes older same-plugin JARs (version bumps and -reload-* copies) so .plugdev/run/plugins does not accumulate duplicates
