[added]

  • In-run live config from the same terminal as plug run: .config open, .config list, .config get, .config set, .config editor

[fixed]

  • Paper/Velocity Fill downloads retry on transient network errors (ECONNRESET, timeouts) and surface a clear PlugDev download error instead of crashing with TypeError: fetch failed
  • Parallel server+client prefetch no longer leaves an unhandled rejection when one side fails first
  • plug run now awaits the plugin/mod/discord loop so download and boot failures are handled by the normal error path
