1.0.0 - 2026-07-18

First stable release: the local Paper play loop and live-config UX are the product. Prefer additive plugdev.yml schema changes after 1.0.

  • In-run config picker TUI: type .config / .config ui / .config pick in the same terminal as plug run (Esc returns to the server console)

  • README and roadmap define v1.0 as the stable local loop + live config UX (multi-loader deferred to 1.x)

[fixed]

  • Opening live configs in VS Code or Cursor on Windows no longer flashes a console window (Notepad still uses start; Code/Cursor use direct spawn)
