Fixed

Pin @xmcl/core@2.15.1 and @xmcl/installer@6.1.2 — newer registry versions ship broken workspace:^* deps and break npm i -g @plugdev/cli

Also includes 1.0.5: stop rewriting plugdev-identity.json when only recordedAt changes (PlugTrace false CONFIG_HASH_CHANGED).
