plugdev capture doctor|shot|gif|run|init takes F2 screenshots and short ffmpeg GIFs from the embedded client into .plugdev/media/
- YAML capture scenarios (

- GIF encode falls back to MP4 when ffmpeg palette/gdigrab GIF fails
