Pixelmon Scouter 0.1.2

Field Data now flags when a wild Pokemon's level can exceed the shown spawn range due to the underground level bonus (estimated).

Also adds automated CurseForge publishing on tagged releases - no functional change for players.

Initial release

• Pokemon scan overlay: species, level, gender, shiny, type, held item, nature (with stat effect), ability, IV average, moveset, rarity, catch difficulty, spawn level range, spawn biomes, type weaknesses, drops, evolution target/trigger, and boss info.
• Trainer info overlay: team ball strip, exact levels or level range, species icons, per-Pokemon ability/item/type/moves.
• Fully configurable via Low/Medium/High presets or individual toggles, reachable from the main Options menu.
• Works while flying/riding a Pokemon mount.

Requirements: Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.170, Pixelmon 9.3.16. Install on both client and server/host.
