Simpler, tidier controls.
- Maintain Battery Level (switch) + Maintain Battery Level Target (slider) replace the raw Time Of Use controls; the target sets the SOC held across all Time Of Use slots.
- Fix Time Of Use writes (time format HHMM to HH:mm) and show the value optimistically until the cloud confirms.
- Set-once params grouped under Configuration; only essential sensors on by default.
- Per-slot entities removed (use the set_tou_schedule service for per-slot control).
