Rectangle 0.99 + halves preserve the other axis (unofficial test build)

Unofficial test build of Rectangle 0.99 (upstream 64a9186) plus one commit (7905548, branch halves-preserve-other-axis) — proposed upstream as rxhanson#1824 — that adds an opt-in mode in which Left/Right/Top/Bottom Half only change their own axis and keep the window's size on the other axis.

This leads to Windows / KDE style keyboard tiling: Left then Top lands in the top left quarter, Bottom from there expands back to Left Half, Right then Left fills the screen.

The feature is off by default. After installing, enable it in Settings → Half actions preserve the window's size on the other axis (below the "Preserve maximize state when moving across displays" checkbox):

Untiled windows and repeated executions of a plain half behave exactly as in the official app.

Build notes

• Rectangle-0.99-halvesPreserveOtherAxis.dmg — Apple silicon only (arm64), build 107, signed with my Developer ID and notarized by Apple. Not an official Rectangle release.
• Because the signature differs from the official app, macOS may ask you to grant Accessibility permission again (if the checkbox in System Settings won't stick: tccutil reset Accessibility com.knollsoft.Rectangle, then re-enable it).
• Sparkle still points at the official update feed: once an official release with a higher build number ships, you will be offered that update, which removes this feature.
