• With Reduce motion turned on in your system settings, menus and pop-ups
  open where they belong. A menu could stay drawn at its starting place, off
  the screen, for a moment or longer on a busy computer.
• On a short window, the notifications panel keeps its Settings link in
  view; the list scrolls above it.
• On Linux, an open App no longer wakes every 15 seconds to read everything
  again while nothing changes.
