Fixed

• After you approve the change in the App, the agent ships it at once. It
  could sit idle for over eight minutes when it asked for the approval just
  after you gave it.
• The task's status agrees everywhere: the sidebar, Home and the task page
  count the same running tasks, an open pull request shows no spinner, and
  the line under a task says what its step is doing now.
• A notice about a question, a review or a shipped task goes away once that
  moment has passed or you open the task.
• On a phone a step document gets its full width: tap a block's words to
  show its + Comment button under it.
• At the Product level Verify shows its checks as they run, and "Done means,
  checked" appears once. An unwritten section reads "Being written" instead
  of the agent's instructions.
• The second opinion says "not run" and why when the other agent is not
  installed, instead of waiting forever.
• Usage that has no price reads "not priced" beside the cost instead of
  "usage missing".
• The start of the build names the model that builds a small Plan alone, so
  it no longer seems to contradict Settings › Workflow.
• The task header names the level once, keeps the step in view in its strip
  on a phone, and shows a title's code without its backticks.
• The Files panel shows a file's path under its own row, and Home says
  "1 task".
