Pathode is a human guide and agent-ready skill for building a complete animated GitHub profile:

• theme-aware animated terminal banner
• self-hosted GitHub statistics
• contribution snake
• social badges
• deployment and troubleshooting

It is designed for people who want the same system with their own identity, portrait, stack, colors, and links.

Choose how to use it

Give the complete prompt to an agent

1. Open AGENT_PROMPT.md.
2. Replace every placeholder in the MY DETAILS block.
3. Attach one portrait and reference images for the three logos.
4. Paste the completed prompt into an agent with file, terminal, browser, and GitHub access.

Follow the process yourself

Read PATHODE.md. It contains the complete plan, technical specification, deployment sequence, code templates, validation rules, and troubleshooting guidance.

Install it as a Codex skill

What you need

• a GitHub account
• one clear portrait
• three logo references
• an agent with Python and image-processing support
• a free Vercel account for reliable private statistics
• approximately 1-2 hours for the banner and 45 minutes for deployment

Safety

Never paste a GitHub token, private key, seed phrase, or password into an agent conversation or repository. The statistics token belongs only in Vercel's encrypted environment-variable field.

Pathode does not manufacture contribution activity. Statistics and the snake must use real GitHub data.
