DX Manager v1.1.0 expands reliable file transfer and device-management features while keeping the portable Windows workflow.

What's new

  • Updated bundled scrcpy from 4.0 to 4.1.
  • Added DX Manager-managed drag-and-drop transfer for files and whole folders, preserving folder structure and Korean, Japanese, and other Unicode names on Windows 7/11.
  • Added a configurable phone destination and an Android folder browser.
  • Improved the transfer status window and interruption handling.
  • Display the actual ADB build/version instead of only the protocol version.
  • Simplified virtual-display cleanup using the proper Android global-setting deletion command.
  • Added a verified permission-grant workflow for the optional DX Display Cleaner companion app. The Cleaner APK is not bundled in this release.
  • If you need the DX Display Cleaner app, please contact me through GitHub Issues or by email.
  • Updated the English and Korean README, user guides, FAQs, and technical documentation.

Download DX-Manager-v1.1.0-win-x64.zip, extract it, and run DXManager.exe.

Security notice

As of July 26, 2026, VirusTotal reports one Microsoft machine-learning detection for DXManager.exe (1/69, Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml). The other 68 VirusTotal engines report it as undetected, and the same file is not detected by up-to-date Microsoft Defender Antivirus on Windows 11 or Malwarebytes on the developer's system.

This is believed to be a false positive related to the application's legitimate keyboard-hook, input-handling, process-management, ADB, and scrcpy functions. The exact executable has been submitted to Microsoft for false-positive review. DX Manager is open source, and users should download it only from this official GitHub repository. Disabling security software is not recommended.
