What's Changed

• scipp is an optional dependency for reading-in McCode .dat files from scans. Reading .dat files is not supported without scipp. An attempt has been made to maintain backwards compatibility within the DatFile* object, but there is a good chance that this is a breaking change for some cases.
• New functionality has been added to produce 3-D visualizations from the Python intermediate representation
