• Reg A 253G2 offering circulars in get_recent_offerings(form="A") (#25) — now returns the Form 1-A statements plus the qualified 253G2 circulars, where the per-share price and any "price walk-up" live.
• Tool-description caveats (#24) — FTS only indexes 2001+; XBRL metrics can span fiscal periods.

Fix

• Pin mcp[cli]<2 (#27). mcp 2.0.0 removed mcp.server.fastmcp; without the bound a fresh uvx install pulled 2.0.0 and failed to start. 0.1.2 shipped with the loose pin and is broken on fresh install — use 0.1.3.
