1. Once you double click on the set-up file, it will install the software along with its documentation to the user's system.

2. It does not require you to download any additional software, the program is set to run on a computer with only JRE installed.

3. The database within the program does not require you to have any additional software on your computer.

How to use

1. Once installed, you will run the program and an adjustable page will open.

2. In this page, you will have multiple buttons : Search, Add, Edit, Delete, Previous Versions and Save.

3. By clicking search, you are able to search for a specific information regarding the course' syllabus.

4. By clicking Add, a new page will open where you can add information in each of the sections that are seen in the new page. by clicking the OK button, you have stored the desired information.

5. By clicking Edit, you will be able to edit desired information.

6. By clicking Delete, similarly you can delete any data you want to.

7. By clicking Previous Versions, you will be able to see the difference of previously stored syllabus and the newly changed one.

8. Lastly by clicking Save, you will save all the progress done and exit the program.
