This is an early release of the new UI. Do not expect a flawless experience. Also back up your previous settings.json/alpha_ring_menu.cfg file if you are switching from the previous version.

What's New?

  • fixed display issues for the Xbox 360 menu by making it entirely based on screen dimensions rather than an arbitrary "unitSize"
  • fixed debug menu flicker
  • fixed missing bindings

How Does the Controller Profile System Work?

Just like Halo Reach, there are 6 controller profiles:

  • Default
  • Southpaw
  • Boxer
  • Green Thumb
  • Bumper Jumper
  • Recon (the most similar to other games)
    If you do not like these controller configurations, you can edit the alpha_ring_menu.cfg file to change the mappings for the profiles to your liking.
