DISCLAIMER
This is an early release of the new UI. Do not expect a flawless experience. Also back up your previous settings.json/alpha_ring_menu.cfg file if you are switching from the previous version.

What's New?

  • fixed stretched visuals when playing Halo 2A (NOTE: on Linux/Steam Deck, you must disable anti-aliasing otherwise you will get a black screen)
  • added alpha_ring_info.log log file that generates next to WTSAPI32.dll

How Does the Controller Profile System Work?

Just like Halo Reach, there are 6 controller profiles:

  • Default
  • Southpaw
  • Boxer
  • Green Thumb
  • Bumper Jumper
  • Recon (the most similar to other games)
    If you do not like these controller configurations, you can edit the alpha_ring_menu.cfg file to change the mappings for the profiles to your liking.
