MEWMON-less, Likely Definitive Release with 3 variants

Looking into the Followers EX mod, I realized they also managed to have unique menu icons without compromising the color palletes by using a monkey-patch and pulling the overworld sprites instead of relying on the actual menu icon's coding. Thanks to that, I was also able to implement said feature, as well as two color variants:
1 - Basic, patchless, with no changes/fixes: is necessary for those who use other color filters beside Advanced and SGB.
2 - GBC Red color: works similarly to how the previous version used to except without having to change the MEWMON color pallete, with the side-effect that it now is less compatible with some mods like the DexNav, making the sprites quite colorless.
3 - Unique color palletes: each pokémon now has their very own pallete, without having to rely on a shared one; has a similar side-effect to the previous variant, albeit to a smaller degree.
