Cleanup of #381

This PR follows up on #381 and does the following things:

• Remove the outdated installations from scratch by replacing them with the newest ones based on Ubuntu-22.04.
• Apply an admonition on top of the installations from pre-built image as asked in https://github.com/icub-tech-iit/documentation/pull/381/files#r1888824016.
