Draw a blueprint

  1. Open a drawing table.
  2. Select a blueprint from the list.
  3. Right-click the paper frame to insert one sheet of paper.
  4. Right-click the ink frame to insert one ink block.
  5. Hold the left mouse button and trace the black guide until the sheet is complete.
  6. Click the result frame to take the blueprint.

Taking the result consumes one paper and one ink block and leaves an empty inkwell. Left-click a filled paper or ink frame to return that item before drawing begins. Once ink is on the sheet, the selected blueprint and both inputs remain locked until the sheet is completed or ruined.

The sheet is accepted at 98.75% coverage. Drawing away from the guide uses the mistake budget; exceeding it destroys the paper. A completed blueprint records its author and drawing quality.

Drawing quality

Quality changes field-construction material and work costs.

Quality Mistake budget used Materials Hammer work
Clean up to 10% 100% 85%
Plain up to 40% 115% 100%
Hasty up to 70% 135% 145%
Sloppy over 70% 160% 180%

Rounding is applied per ingredient total. Server minimum and maximum stage-hit settings still apply.

Use a blueprint

  1. Put the blueprint in the off hand.
  2. Put the construction hammer in the main hand.
  3. Use either item to open the blueprint screen.

The screen lists the base materials and result.

  • A direct blueprint consumes its listed materials immediately and gives the result.
  • A field blueprint shows a placement preview. Look at a valid location, then select Start Construction.

The blueprint is consumed when use succeeds, except in creative mode.

Build a placed result

  1. Carry every material requested for the current stage.
  2. Right-click the highlighted section with the construction hammer.
  3. Repeat after the hammer cooldown until the next stage appears.

The full material kit for a stage is removed on its first accepted hit. A hit on the wrong section is rejected when the machine supplies section bounds.

Sneak-right-click with the hammer to undo work. Partial current-stage work is cleared first; repeated use dismantles completed stages and refunds their materials. Using it before the first stage is built removes the unfinished machine.
