2.5.27

Adds OpenMP to noble and jammy, and deletes bionic.
Modifies the tmpl snap.input files to include ASYNC_IO.ON. Now vgl-snap and argos runs will both run with asynchronous IO.
Fixes operation definitions for MetModel enumeration.
Changes default wet deposition scheme to bartnicki-takemura for MEPS and ERA5 (not yet available for EC).
