Just re-tagging this to be more explicit with identifying metocean local modifications. This is needed for our version to co-exist with vanilla swan verions in a spack package scenario

Model version 41.45

Notable changes:

• Model base image for version 41.45. Minor new model features, please refer to: https://swanmodel.sourceforge.io/modifications/modifications.htm
• Most notably this version includes the current-induced whitecapping as proposed by Van der Westhuysen (2012) (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.coastaleng.2012.05.001). This method is criticised in Rapizo et al (2017) (https://agupubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/2016JC012367) and should not be used initially.
• We are upgrading to this latest version mostly because Marce (main swan developer) is working on the MPI fix on top of this version. Therefore we are being the most up-to-date possible with model releases.
• We also added a script for updating the source code without need of manual merging the MSL changes. It should of course be followed manually as patching can show errors.

Handling ifort installation with ifort docker image

To build the first swan image (metocean/swan:comp) we need ifort. We used to copy it from a local server in Raglan when building the docker which made bob-the-builder break since it did not have access to it. Now ifort is being copied from metocean/ifort docker image.
