Quick start works out of the box — no manual setup required before first docker compose up
mosquitto.conf: anonymous access enabled for local testing (was: allow_anonymous false without a passwd file, causing broker to reject all connections)
docker-compose.example.yml: passwd volume mount is now optional, SETUP section rewritten
test-join-protocol.py: added --username / --password flags for brokers with auth enabled
