Check for empty line at the end of the file

Now able to copy and paste out of the log without needing to add it.
Write-Error now writes to log as well, no longer need to do Write-Verbose as well.
Because `$result` is always an array, need to check for if the count is less than or equal to 1. Also added check for `DiagnosticQueryParserException`
