The localization service inserted lone CR (^M) characters into de-DE, ko-KR and zh-TW Resources.resw, failing the `Formatting & localization checks` job (tools/devops/validate-line-endings.py). Restore the affected lines to their content in master so only the genuine translation updates remain. Same ten lines as builds 153229291, 153342952 (#41202), 153487094 (#41210), 153569920 (#41217), 153796375 (#41234) and 153857401 (#41237). Note that validate-line-endings.py --fix is not the right remedy here: it maps a lone CR to CRLF, which would bake a real line break into the affected help text. The localization service emitted lone CR (^M) characters into three locale files again, which fails the "Formatting & localization checks" CI job (tools/devops/validate-line-endings.py). Affected lines: de-DE 382, 1595; ko-KR 586; zh-TW 454, 457, 485, 486, 494, 534, 561. These lines were restored from master; all other translation updates in this build are untouched. Note: do not use validate-line-endings.py --fix for this. It rewrites each lone CR to CRLF, which bakes a real line break into the localized help text and makes CI pass on corrupted strings. Same fix as builds 153229291, 153342952 (#41202), 153487094 (#41210), 153569920 (#41217), 153796375 (#41234), 153857401 (#41237), and 153966953 (#41254).
