Bring the straightforward release/2.0-stable sample set into main in one reconciliation step: BackgroundTask, CameraCaptureUI, OAuth2Manager, Badge notifications, StoragePickers, Unpackaged WinForms, DrawingIsland, and UXFrameworksOnIslands. Keep the stable sample behavior while adapting package references, native toolsets, documentation, and CI wiring to the current main infrastructure.
