Bring the straightforward release/2.0-stable sample set into main in one reconciliation step: BackgroundTask, CameraCaptureUI, OAuth2Manager, Badge notifications, StoragePickers, Unpackaged WinForms, DrawingIsland, and UXFrameworksOnIslands. Keep the stable sample behavior while adapting package references, native toolsets, documentation, and CI wiring to the current main infrastructure. Updates for the UXFrameworksOnIslands sample to match refinements in the features from Microsof.UI.Content namespace in WindowsAppSDK 1.7.0.
Target Release
The PR aligns with the WindowsAppSDK 1.7.0 release aka. 1.7.250310001.
