Document pull request input banners in the Agents Window

The Agents Window now consolidates failing checks and unreviewed pull request comments into input banners that can cover multiple pull requests for one session. Users can ask the agent to fix checks or address comments, reveal the affected pull request or comment, and move through multiple banner items without leaving the conversation.

Why the docs need an update

This workflow appears in historical release notes, but the permanent Agents Window documentation does not explain input banners. It therefore misses the current multi-pull-request carousel, combined split action, current action labels, and interaction with Agent Merge.

• docs/agents/run/agents-window.md: add input banners to the pull request review workflow, covering failing checks, review comments, combined actions, multiple pull requests, navigation, and reveal behavior.

Details to verify

• A pull request with both failing checks and comments uses Fix Checks & Address Comments as a split action; its menu can address only checks or only comments.
• A single-condition banner uses Reveal to open the relevant pull request or comment and Fix Checks or Address Comments to start agent work.
• Pull request numbers are shown when a session has multiple pull requests, and Previous Banner/Next Banner navigate the carousel.
• Pull request banner items are hidden while Agent Merge is enabled; in-product agent review comments remain separate carousel items.

Acceptance criteria

• The Agents Window documentation explains when input banners appear and what each current action does.
• Multi-pull-request and combined check/comment behavior is covered.
• The relationship between input banners and Agent Merge is stated consistently with the Agent Merge documentation.
